Location Scouting

If you have a specific brief that needs a location we don’t already have in our library, we offer a full end-to-end scouting solution. Our unique services means our highly experienced team not only find the perfect location for you, they also liaise with the location owner to secure it and carry out all of the contractual negotiations on your behalf too.

And because they have years of experience in the industry, they know exactly what to look for. So if you’re managing a larger shoot they’ll find you the perfect location whilst ensuring it has adequate space for parking and a unit base close by. it means we’ll never waste your time with locations that don’t work for you.

• Giving you location owners you can trust – We interview all our location partners personally before we take on a new location and fully brief them on what’s involved in a shoot. We’ll always ensure they’re a good fit for you and your client before we present them as an option to you.

• Removing the hassle of negotiations – Once we’ve found you a location, we manage all of the contractual work and negotiations with the homeowners on your behalf.

Location Management

We offer a high-end locations management service.

Our managers are well known for their outstanding level of service, professionalism and knowledge of the industry. They’ll work with you, pretty much as an extension of your team, to create the perfect shoot.

We the Location Manager Package includes the following:

• Location manager provided for the entirety of the shoot

• Full location owner briefing and agreement to all elements of the shoot pre-production, ensuring there are no surprises for either parties on the day

• Management of all logistics before, during and after the shoot including obtaining all necessary permits, letter dropping the neighbourhood, arranging and managing parking and the unit base and ensuring the location is used in line with the location owner agreement throughout the day

• Key point of contact between the location owner and production crew on the day

• Pre and post production location inspection with the owner and management of any rectifications

• Coordination of post-shoot tidy up, returning location to pre-shoot standard

• Provision of post-shoot deep clean

• We will order and arrange all on-shoot support items needed for example floor protection, cones and rubbish collection

Legal Services

In collaboration with Atallah law firm we provide legal services for production houses.

We do all of the production legal work for your projects.

Visa

We provide all types of visas for foreign clients and crew (Directors, DOPs, Casts).

Customs Clearance

We provide all customs services and clearances at airport such as production equipments ( Cameras, Lights...) or even shooting products.

Vehicle

We provide all types of cars for your technical recce and shooting.

Small, medium and luxury cars are available, from 7 to 9 and 11 seater cars.

Office Rental

Picture House provides the rental of its own office for short time shooting.

200 square meters fully equipped along with visitors parking located in a prime location in Dbayeh next to Le Mall.
